1. What are the benefits of IV hydration?
IV hydration offers numerous benefits, including rapid rehydration, improved energy levels, enhanced immune function, and efficient delivery of essential vitamins and nutrients directly into your bloodstream. 
 
2. Are there any side effects associated with IV hydration?
While side effects are rare, some individuals may experience minor discomfort at the IV site, bruising, or allergic reactions to certain ingredients. Our trained professionals carefully monitor each session to minimize any potential risks. 
 
3. How long do IV infusions typically last?
IV infusion durations vary depending on the specific treatment and individual needs. However, sessions typically last between 15 to 90 minutes. 
 
4. How often should I receive IV hydration treatments? 
The frequency of IV hydration treatments depends on your individual needs and goals. Our team can provide personalized recommendations based on factors such as lifestyle, health status, and hydration levels. 

 5. Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance at this time. However, we offer various payment options, including Cash (Must be exact amount we don't cash for safety reason), Credit Cards, Cherry, Care Credit, Health Saving Account (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA) for your convenience.
 

6. Are mobile services available, and are there any travel fees? 
Yes, we offer mobile services for your convenience. While there may be travel fees depending on your location, we strive to keep them minimal and transparent. 

Mobile Services Terms: The service provider will remain with the patient during infusion in the home or office etc. Pets must be put aways upon the services provide arrival. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and refund minus $50 cancellation fee. Booking the services you agree to the terms.

 
7. Can I book appointments outside of business hours?
Yes, appointments outside of regular business hours are available upon request for an additional $50 fee. We understand the importance of flexibility and strive to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
 

8. Do you access ports or PICC lines?
No, we do not access ports or PICC lines. Our services are specifically designed for traditional intravenous access. 
 

9. Is there a cancellation fee for appointments?
Yes, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance. If no card on file will have be paid before services can be received.
